I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, including the 24-hour hot spring baths that were a real treat. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the ski lifts. I also appreciated the shuttle service that was available to transport guests. The breakfast was superb and featured a variety of options to suit different dietary needs. everything was amazing and I couldn't have asked for more.

    Nothing to be said.

Located near the ski slopes with a free shuttle service, this ryokan provides traditional Japanese rooms with comfortable futons and stunning views. the staff is friendly and provided useful recommendations. the meals are like something out of an anime, and the breakfast and dinner meet dietary requirements. the outdoor onsen is a pleasure.

While the onsen is a highlight of the stay, the amenities in the room are outdated, including an old fridge, no hot water thermos.

    Very good
    7.4

Spent the Christmas holidays in a cozy hotel near ski rental shops and the cable car, which made the location perfect for my ski trip. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I loved the view from my room and the traditional Japanese futon made sleeping so comfortable.

The hotel amenities were a little dated for my liking, and the lack of a drinking water source in the room was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay due to the great skiing location and the accommodating staff.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist me. Lastly, the rooms were clean, cozy, and had a beautiful classical Japanese style. The hotel offered amazing food, with a wide variety of dishes that were visually stunning and satisfyingly delicious. the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts as it was a stone's throw away from the ski slopes and a convenient ski rental. Plus, the hotel had both indoor and outdoor onsens that were a treat for the skin.

There were a few downsides. the room did not have a hair dryer or lockers.
